Cold sweat and dizziness and nausea after mildly intense exercise or any kind of adrenaline release. (I said adrenaline release because the same thing happened twice when I was in an accident, I fell from my bike, please note that this isn't the cause of the accident, but it happens right after I stand back). What could this problem be? What specialist do I consult for this?
