What causes cold sore? How to prevent and cure cold sore? Is there any way to get rid of it permanently?

No you can't get rid of it completely. Try to wear woollen gloves on both hand and feet. Try to wear slippers always. If you want you can send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment. Brand names can't be written in open forum.
