I got cold since 2weeks . But last two days water bleeding with blood from nose. What is possible reasons for causing this.

Most common cause for minimal blood from nose is trauma induced. Minimal injury to septum of the nose can cause significant bleeding. If you have manipulated your nose because of cold and nose block then that might be likely cause. Consult nearby ENT specialist for examination and appropriate treatment
