My brother in law go fever last week for 2 days and this week he is suffering from cold stuffy nose since 4days is it a sign of covid ,do we need to get him tested?

1)steam inhalation & gurgling Thrice daily for 1month 2)2tsf Grilinctus BM cough syrup at bedtime for 7days 3)have one glass of warm lemon water mixed with honey(NO Sugar) daily to be continued 4)Get your RT-PCR for Covid 19 done..as soon as possible!
