She has issues of watering of eyes, nose and sneezing when she comes in contact with cold weather or cold water. There is no other issue. What may be the reason?

She has allergic rhinitis which needs anti-histaminic medication and nasal sprays.......... take ENT or in consultation for Further evaluation
