1.otrivin nasal spray , 2 drops in each nostril, 4 times a day x 3 days 2 .crocin 500 mg, three times a dayx 3 days. 3. Cetrizine 5 mg, one or two per day, if cold , running nose is more (can avoid this tablet if cold is not severe) For Antibiotics, don't take any OTC. Please consult Obstetrician and Physician.
