My baby is 3 months old... Today she was feeling uneasy...and i checked her fever. It was 99.5.. after sometime she started sneezing and had watery eyes... I think she is having cold... Kindly suggest home remedies or medicines for the same...

Looks like, she is getting viral fever. If temp >100.4 Degree, give paracetamol drops (dose depending on weight)

Please consult a pediatrician in person immediately.Babies less than 3 months of age can deteriorate rapidly as they are vulnerable for Serious Bacterial infections.

You can give Nasoclear saline nasal drops 1drop each nostril four times in a day. Watch for fever. Kindly consult in case there is any deterioration.
