I have a deviated nose, which causes cold in every two three months and I have developed dust and strong perfume allergy which choke's my nose.

Hello well in case of deviated nasal septum we would suggest to go for surgical intervention where they actually correct it... Apart from that you will be also given nasal spray which will help in relieving the choking sensation which you are talking about...thank you
