Sir/madam.. I (24 years male) am suffering from runny nose from 3 weeks, and first 2 days used a medicine called COLDACT, it gave small relief.. it is happening more between 10am to 10pm (day time).. i couldn't find whether it cold or allergy.. if it is allergy, should i consult doctor or with any medication u refer, it will cure.. please help me..
