I've been having cold & cough for more than two weeks, with mild fever sometimes and weakness. Took, medicines (Cheston cold) and tried home remedies but with no improvement. Have runny nose and watering eyes. And blocked chest with cough.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. Dolo 659mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. Tab. Monticope-a twice a day after food for 3 days.
