I get cold and soar throat immediately with change of place which is very irritating. Please suggest ways to overcome this.

Improving ur immunity is very important, if u do so I'll overcome this issue. Ayurvedic treatments such as Panchakarma and internal medications will help u in overcoming this problem. Consult an Ayurveda physician to know more
