Iam getting thick cold and mucus every 3 months and going away .when this comes black or green mucus is coming from my mouth.sir what is the solution to avoid these type of cold

green mucous indicate some kind of fungal infection may b going on in sinuses. you need to get proper check up..with medication it is quite treatable. you may need a CT for proper evaluation. see some ent specialist for that.
