I am pregnant and 6 months carrying. But from yesterday I feel pain in throat, cannot swallow anything and slight cold, fever has started. Can I take any paracetamol tablet (I.e dolo 650) on the counter medicines? Is it advisable during pregnancy?

hi      your symptoms throat pain ,,cold , unable to swallow , fever suggests you have got infection . only paracetamol does not help. please show to a near by ENT  specialist or general physician . they will examine your throat . and they will give medicine . paracetamol can be taken during pregnancy. do salt water gargle 3 time a day with hot water.
