Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. Mahacef-plus twice a day after food for 3 days. Tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Tab. Dolo650 thrice a day after food for 2 days. Drink plenty of fluids. Tab. Monticope-a twice a day after food for 3 days. Revert back to me if it still persists. Best regards.
