My baby (1 year and 7 months) has cold and cough since last 3 weeks .Consulted with Doctor.But still it is not reducing. What should need to do?

Syp cloff 4 ml twice perday x 7 days, Syp Levolin plus 3 ml 8 hourly x 7 days,, Tab Montair LC kid Hs x 10days,, Otrinoz Pediatric nose drops 2drop B/L 8 hourly x 3 days, Syp Extammune 6 ml 8 hourly with warm water x 10 days, Syp Chericof 6 ml 8 hourly x 3 days
