I have a Question
I am physically active. I exercise 5 times a day - Weight training, I do Pranayama every day for 20 minutes, I sleep around 7 hours 20 minutes every night, I eat clean and good diet including fruits , vegetables, dry fruits. I take Zandu jaggery wala Chawanprash daily. I take turmeric mill every night. I take Herbal tea everyday. I eat out junk food once a week only , I take every precaution to not fall ill. I don't eat chutnies , Chilled water .
Still I fall ill every 2 months. Cold , cough comes.
Where I am going wrong. What else I can do to not fall ill . What's the root cause? Please tell
