I sneeze non-stop in the morning. If i eat anything from fridge, it affects very fast. Not only in winter, I am facing this problem in summer also.

Hello, I uunderstand your problem. It seems that you are allergic to cold items. If allergy is developed then it effects in any season iterative of the environment. So all you need to do is avoid cold items and you will feel definitely better. Meanwhile.you cam consult a doctor of your locality and discus with him about this. He might prescribe you some.medication to avoid it. Thank you
