Is it safe to take 2 capsules of cod liver oil twice a day a month before planning pregnancy & also I'm taking folic acid tablets now.

These are nutritional supplements and reasonably safe. However, cos liver oil capsules are best avoided during pregnancy. Folic acid is continued throughout pregnancy. Stop cod liver oil as soon as you are pregnant
