CMV IGG- Reactive(>250.0), IGM (4.06)

Hello Doc, I have had 2 missed abortion. And both times I had to go forD&C procedure. Last I had done D&C in July. Almost 5 months has done. Now we want to try for pregnancy again but as per doc suggestions we have done some tests My CMV IGG is reactive and value is (>250.0) and IGM is (4.06) Attaching report. Should this be a worry factor? Should I wait few more months? Please advice. Thanks
