I can't write, hold any thing, in X Ray cmc ligament is worn, so I was advised tab glucosamine, cap. Gatocerin-50. I am taking it for the last 5 months but my situation is deteriorated. Then I have been told that only surgery is the alternative. Please advise me if anything else can be done or even if surgery is to be done then which hospital is the best and how much will it cost to me. Thanks for the help.
