Cloudy watery discharge while pooping

Hi there, Sometimes when I poop with little extra effort, a cloudy and watery discharge comes out from my penis. The discharge doesn't smell and is non-sticky. 2 days backbI have had urine culture test and the doctor said everything is normal in the reports. What could be possibly happening to me? Also I don't feel any pain while the discharge happens.
