Clot come from mouth

Since last two days clot is coming from mouth every 1-2 hour. He is CKD-V patient and I consulted nephrologist then she sugested some chaneg in dilysis and prescribed Dicynene 250 mg TDS for 3 days. Though the frequency has reduced but still the clot is coming.

I cannot suggest any treatment without seeing your patient. Consult your physician and you may consult a good ENT surgeon if your treating doctor thinks it necessary.
