But bone healing in pediatric age group is nothing less than a miracle..
Pediatric bones have a very good growth and remodeling potential.
Even if some deformity is left after reduction, there is a good possibility of remodeling and getting a normal bone within few months..

I think it would be better to continue conservative treatment and wait for few months and observe whether the deformity is improving or not.
You can get repeat X Ray's after few months if needed..
