Parkinsons diagnosed 2 years ago but no tremors. It is progressing fast with slurred speach and dyskinesia

Tremors occur in most of the cases but not in all. Rigidity, slowness and difficulty in walking are the cardinal signs of Parkinson's. There are few rapidly progressive variants of Parkinson disease which don't come under idiopathic Parkinson's disease. For the same, an extensive search for secondary causes of Parkinson's is required
