Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You are having acute gastritis and also H. Pylori disease. Kindly consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.  He will start the treatment. The treatment consists of antacids and antibiotics against H.pylori.  Some diet changes will also be required. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
