Does using eardrops clears those sounds if those sounds are because of earwax??? Please suggest

Good afternoon! It might be due to two reasons one eustachian tube dysfunction and second is Temperomandibular joint arthritis ! Kindly visit nearby ENT surgeon

there is a pipe connecting ear to nose called Eustachian tube. Any obstruction in nose leads to ET blockage thus creating Negative pressure in ears leading to clicking sounds in ur case. To open ET do 1) steam inhalation 2) chew bubble gum 3) practice Valsalva manouvere( watch video in youtube and practise)
