Use xylometazoline nasal drop three times a day two drops each nostril for one week.for thorat you have to take propton pump inhibitor type medication and anti anxiety medication. Do some relaxation. Stop taking milk product leafy vegetables and bread tea coffee for three months as fiber rich food cause indigestion and triggered LPRD.
