Clear white bump

I saw this clear white bump inside my mouth exactly above wisdom tooth ..i have history of smoking for 3years used to smoke occasionally not more than 15 cigarettes per month ..it's been 4 nd half years i stopped smoking but still am afraid of its effects .. please help me ..i have attached the images of the bump it is clear fluid like pimple bump..

These are mucocele and are a common occurrence inside the mouth. No need to worry but avoid smoking and having very hot or spicy food. Do not pick on them, they will rupture on their own.
