Hi I'm 26 years old male. Dr. I am worried about my penis problem. The problem is, when i think about something sexual or watching sexy film, a clear gel like liquid is coming out of my penis. What is it? How can i get rid of it? ---------------------- Another problem is when I get tempted on night or after I slept in my dream any sex feeling comes then automatically sprem comes out from my penis. Kindly suggest on this.
