Stopped ejection for 2 months, started gym After that facing There is a clear fluid discharge in penis multiple times a day for the past 2 month. No issues with urination, checked with doc took tab niftas and urine test came uti negative Symptoms Clear fluid discharge Insomnia Feel like fluid coming out majority of the times
