Ideally to be worn for 20-22hrs in a day. The no. of aligner trays needed for the complete correction also determines the duration which is again dependant on the amount of gap you have. Hello It is definitely not easy to tell with just pictures as well. Usually the cost depends upon the number of aligner sets that are needed .. Which will be known only after a scan from the aligner company .. Top companies are Invisalign and flash - cost is minimum above 1.5 L .
