Clarity on Latent TB and lung scar

Hello Dr. Recently did my xray and found a scar in the report. According to the report its ineffective old TB scar. I would like to know if there is any treatment or medicine to get rid of this scar and get clear lung xray. Also want to understand PPD test. If there is swelling in arm with red area around the injected point but no specific bump on that spot is considered to be positive?

Consult Now
No lump then test is negative. U cannot remove old TB scar from chest xray.
