I was circumcised 2 months ago but due to extra skin left near the incision line there was swelling, so I again go through a surgery to remove that extra skin 10 days ago. But there is swelling in whole penis and after even now there is bleeding in frenulum area. I constantly go to doctor on alternate days to change my dressing but again and again the bleeding continues. Please help and suggest me something.
