Hi, Recently i observed hole of front skin of my penis is getting smaller. And some kind of white particles forming inside front part of the penis. And facing difficulties to remove the front skin to clean the front part of penis. Kindly advise whether have to do circumcision or any alternative way to cure it. Thank you.
