Smegma grows under the glance of my penis i always need to clean out for hygiene which is really a task of regularity and i dont enjoy sex causing early ejaculation and pain affecting my sex life and relationship i cant focus on other things in life n my foreskin is attached to the lower part of the glance if i go for a laser surgery will that help me??
