Have these spots on my thighs(9-10) and 2 on my lower stomach and 2 on the back of my shoulder.. They itch a lot during the night or when it's hot.

You have a fungal infection. It's known as tinea corporis. It is very common in warm climate. It can be easily treated with a course of antifungal tablets and cream. Kindly see your Dermatologist to get proper treatment.
