Chronic UTI since 4 yr

I have suffering uti still now, I visited general physician, gynecologist, urologist they treat me as much they can, I follow their instructions, I completed every antibiotic course like livofloxin, nitrofurontion, fosfomycin & antibiotic in iv also. And probiotic, homeopathy also, but I still suffering. I did ultrasound lower back & bladder this are normal. I take lots of fluid, 3lr water everyday, front to back wipe, keep the area clean & dry. I completed 6 weeks antibiotics course, after Intercourse taking antibiotic etc still I am suffering. Every time my urine test result is puss cell plenty & Ecoli present. After complete antibiotic course it's coming back within 7 days,... Really I can't tolerate anymore... Please suggest me, what should I do...

It is very important to know the cause of recurrent UTI. You need proper evaluation, may require a cystoscopy. Sometimes only problem is urethral stenosis it's very simple to treat but if not diagnosed properly, UTI can return back like in your case

Would like to know the urinary symptoms,any complaint of whitish discharge, any history of constipation and also your previous USG n culture reports.

Take 1.5 to 2 litres of water/ day Don't hold urine for long hours. Pass urine once in three hours whether you have urgency or not ( Timed voiding). Avoid constipation. Treat white discharge if any
