Hii Urticaria is a hypersensitivity reaction to various allergens. We need to-do a detailed work up to kno the exact allergy. Certain blood tests like RAST and detailed observation can help us avoid the allergic component and hence the itching. till then you can just take an antihistaminic orally. shoe a dermatologist asap.
