I get bacterial tonsillitis following hookups(3 in 1). How to prevent it.if it comes should I use antibiotics ..Is surgery the only option. (I have GERD- not on treatment n have granulomatous pharyngitis- is this reversible. How?)

You are having chronic tonsilopharyngitis, take antibiotics and pain killers, antihistamines, if it 4-5 times per year, and jugulodiagastric lymph nodes enlarged, go for surgery

This condition of yours is called chronic tonsillitis…it can be prevented by saline/ betadine gargle and treatment by using antibiotics…as per surgeries is concern you can go for it if have multiples episodes of this in a year or if it is hamper your daily work
