You should get USG Neck along with fasting TSH and free T4 done ASAP. If thyroid in expanding internally, then this causes compression of neck vessels and food pipe. Hence the resultant symptoms which you mentioned.
Review with Endocrinologist if abnormal reports. If not, then show to ENT Specialist.
