Chronic Sinusitis

Hello Doctors Recently I had a severe headache. The doctor advised me to go for the  CT scan and was diagnosed with Chronic Sinusitis. The doctor has advised me to go for surgery for the complete cure. Kindly let me know whether the surgery is a must or this can be cured with regular medication. Kindly advise. Consult with reports for proper diagnosis and treatment. Anatomical obstruction of sinuses need to be treated by surgery.
