Let me clear you one thing.hypothyroid is a condition and not a disease. And right now your fever n hypothyroid condition both are interlinked. So rather going on allopathy medicines symptomatically, correct your daily routine that enhancing your condition. Just having knowledge of ayurvedic medicines doesnt mean it is the ayurvedic treatment approach. Ayurveda will help you to get rod of this condition completely. For that please meet nearby genuine ayurveda physician.
Next Steps
for time being just start with green gram soup instead of dinner.. skip the meal at night. drink warm water only and when you are thirsty. also the quantity should be according to thirst.
Health Tips

When was the last time you checked your thyroid hormone levels? Not sure the dose of thyronorm you are on, you may need a dose adjustment. As far as ayurvedic medicines  that you mentioned  they are prescribed for fever, regulating bowel movements etc, and should be generally safe  however I would still suggest you check your  TSH levels before you take it.
