Diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome . Hving extreme fatigue all day and night. Sleep disturbance Post exceptional malaise Weakness Orthostatic intolerance All other blood reports are completely normal so by exclusion doctor diagnosed with chronic fatigue . Is there any medicine for it ? Nothing is helping.my life has become miserable
