I am suffering from chronic constipation and external and internal piles from last one year, I took a number of medicines like laxatives,cremaffin ,to reduce my problem ,but alas !no result, I have done colonoscopy also which shows normal Endoscopy shows antral gastritis Sigmoidoscopy shows internal piles grade2 Though presently my anus is swollen and its upto perineum.. I do not have urge to go to the laterine everyday.in every alternate day i have the urge but every time there is bleeding and pain and extreme hard stool... How can i get rid of it? Is constipation indicates that i have sone serious problem like Cancer?also want to add that my hemoglobbin rate is low,its 11.4(normal 13)
