My father has been belching for last 6-7 days. He belches so loudly like fart. Pantop dsr is not effective to him even tried twice a day. But no improvement . He is taking digene syrup too still no improvement. So what to do now. His age is 65 and always has upset stomach. He is smoker. He can't leave smoking at any cost . So what to be done now. I m frustrated
