  3. Chronic backpain. To treat my backpain?

I'm suffering from Ankylosing Spondylitis from few years. Physician said it will be there life long and prescribed medicines. At start i took those regularly But i heard that too much medicines may has some side effect. So i stopped and taking only when i feel too much pain. Is there any other way to treat my backpain?

It is autoimmune disease, disease cannot be cured, process of disease is altered by drug therapy or keeping joints activities, can take drug when ever there's pain
