Diffuse disc bulge, desiccation with small central disc protrusion and annular tear is seen at L5-S1 causing mild thecal sac indentation and foraminal narrowing with mild impingement on left sided exiting nerve roots. Levoscoliosis with mild straightening is noted in the cervical region with mild straightening in the lumbar region and maintained curvature in the dorsal region. Mild superior endplate depression is seen at D12 without edema.
