I am suffering from chronic asthma. I get asthma attack in the starting of winter season, most probably because of temperature and pollens. I quite smoking at this time of year so it doesn't get worse. I want to know what should I do. Any tips would be of great help. TIA.

You know the diagnosis yourself . Allergen avoidance ,mask usage if first preventive step . For wheeze you can start inhaler ( ICS + LABA ) along rescue inhaler asthalin inhaler as and when required .Can consult locally
