My body starts itching in sun and when i get nervous and it iss too irritating. It takes me 10 mins to settle down then.

You can go for a DLC BLOOD TEST SO THAT WE CAN CHECK THE ALLERGIC EOSINOPHIL COUNT ,
Next Steps
Apply sunscreen spf 50 lotion when you go out
