Hello doctor. My question is my cholestrol level is 243 in my report. So please tell me this level is normal or high?

There are various subtypes of cholesterol depends on what type of cholesterol is elevator LDL-cholesterol is bad cholesterol and has to be less than hundred milligrams per DL HDL cholesterol cholesterol and has to be more than 45 mg per dl. Total cholesterol May give little information on overall cholesterol values.
